May we obtain a quote for our project. Kitchen, shop fitout, Bathroom, etc.

We like to obtain some information about the work to begin with. We often find that we can price the work via email communication.

If a customer would prefer us to visit them on site then of course a member of our team will be out to see you.

What is your lead time at the moment

Whenever we take on a new job it is placed in the que with our current workload. Typically we should have a lead time of around 3-4 weeks.

Can we design and produce shop drawings.

Yes, happy to do so although for CAD designs and renders we require a deposit.

We are after a one stop shop, can you take care of the stone, metalwork, upholstery, etc.

Yes we work with reliable businesses and trades to complete these elements of a project.

Is our work covered for defects and faults.

Of course we are required by law to ensure our work is safely installed, made of the appropriate materials and abide by Australian building codes. We are required to correct any defective workmanship on our part or by any of the trades we have procured at no cost to the customer. There are also laws which protect businesses from unfair claims. So anything that is clearly of no fault on our part we are not obligated amend. But, also its good business to keep our customers happy with our service so we will always do our best to resolve any issues so long as is reasonably possible.
